Pure Water Technology: life flo® Ultra-Violet Light Water Purification System

The Design Challenge: Design a water filter system that uses a patented, ultraviolet water filtration system in a durable enclosure that could withstand continual exposure to ultraviolet light. In response to client requirements, TKDG developed an aesthetically appealing and sophisticated industrial design that could be easily and cost effectively manufactured with extremely low tooling costs, in low production volumes. TKDG performed final engineering, identified vendors for tooling and assembly, and supported initial production.
