GF Health Products: Lumex Hand-Held Shower Head

Industrial Design Challenge: Design a unique shower handle to help physically challenged people shower themselves with dignity and privacy. TKDG industrial design services addressed tactile considerations to produce an innovative user interface design with a unique user activated safety handle, which requires no grip strength or fine motor coordination to hold or activate.

This design received awards in the US and Europe and was featured in a Cooper Hewitt National Design Museum show on Universal Design.
